About
This is a trauma-informed healing program for women recovering from abuse and domestic violence, created by Dawn Williams — licensed counsellor, psychotherapist, and abuse and domestic violence survivor — as the companion experience to her lived experienced book, The Rebuilt Woman. The program guides women through four stages of healing after domestic violence — The Descent, The Breaking Point, The Rebuilding, and The Transformation — across 13 chapters, each built around a short video lesson (8–15 minutes) paired with a matching workbook section. Every chapter closes with the STONE Process, a repeatable five-step reflection exercise (Situation, Thoughts, Observation, Narrative, Evaluate) that ends in two simple declarations: a Stone Removed — naming what's being released — and a Stone Laid — naming the truth being carried forward.
